Takahashi Male Scarlet Tanager Pin This medium sized songbird is a Scarlet Tanager and it is easy to see how he got his name with his vibrant red plumage. He is beautifully hand painted and hand carved by Yoneguma and Kiyoka Takahashi. These wonderful birds can be seen in the Northwest United States and Southwest Canada. Unsigned, accompanied by an original box and card, measures 1-7/8" by 1". Card has pin holes and some markings. The bird pin is in excellent condition.
