To complete a credit card or paypal account
order, follow the instructions provided after
proceeding to the Secure Checkout. You will
not be required to have a Paypal account.
Credit card payments and the shopping cart
are secured by PayPal. If you would prefer,
you can call us with your order information

If you would like to order an item and
payment will be a method other than credit
card, please contact us by email
or call us at (918)712-8855. Please include
the item name, the item number, your
address, your phone number and the
method of payment you wish to use. The
payment options are money order or personal
check. You will receive a confirmation email
from us within 24 hours with payment
instructions and the item will be placed on
hold for 7 days. If payment is not received
within those 7 days, items will be taken off
of hold status and offered for sale again
(unless prior arrangements have been made).

Because these items are vintage or antique,
generally there is only one available. As a
result, all items are subject to prior sale.

Oklahoma residents or any purchase which is
shipped to a Oklahoma address must include
sales tax with their payment.

American Express) via PayPal in US currency.
Personal checks will be held for 10 days for
clearance.

A third-party vendor, not the U.S. Post
Office, provides postal insurance for our
packages. As a result, packages are not
marked "Insured".

For international shipments, custom
declaration forms are filled out accurately
as required by U.S. law. International orders
may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once a package reaches your
country. You may want to contact your local
customs office for additional information.

All items are carefully packed for shipment.
If in spite of our efforts your item is
damaged during shipment please contact us
immediately so we can facilitate the process.
Items are insured through a third-party and a
claim form will need to be filed.

If you are not satisfied for any reason,
please contact us by e-mail or phone within 3
days of the receipt of the item to arrange
for a prompt and courteous refund.
Returned items must be in the original

notice of return for U.S and 14 days for
International.
If an item is returned without
prior authorization or is returned without
following these guidelines, a 25% restocking
fee will be assessed. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Mint - Looks to be
brand new and never been worn.

Excellent - The front of the
jewelry is in great condition and looks
almost new. The back may have slight wear.
Any repair will be noted in the description and will have been done correctly making them
virtually unnoticeable.

Very Good - Reasonable
evidence of wear but as a whole looks
extremely good. Wear can include minor
foil loss to some stones or the enamel
may have small chips but not noticeable. Back
may show moderate wear.

Good - Wear on the front and
back is evident but still very wearable. Wear
can include yellow or greying stones and/or
noticeable enamel or plate loss.

Fair - Damage is noticeable
which may include missing stones, broken
parts, yellow or grey stones, or substantial
chips to enamel. Price has been reduced due
to condition.
